Grilled Fish

Ingredients:

  • Pomphret,big 1 no.
  • Garam masala 1 tsp.
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp.
  • Vinegar 2 tbsps.
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp.
  • Chilli powder To taste
  • Oil 1 tsp.
  • Salt To taste

Cooking Method:

  1. Rub the fish with salt, chilli powder, garam masala, vinegar, coriander powder and ginger garlic paste. Keep it aside.
  2. Line a pan with oil and grill the fish.
  3. Serve hot
